We organize company workshops on both standard material and specific topics based on the needs and challenges of the customer and using the data our customers provide.
We offer the following training paths.
The first path features an in-class workshop followed by a period of coaching dedicated to the workshop participants. This promotes and accelerates learning and gives participants an opportunity to use what they have learned immediately in day-to-day issues with the help of our tutors.
The second path is based on on-the-job training and is ideal for groups with a limited number of participants.
The workshops can be held either in our own facilities or in the offices of the customer.
